The "Queen Anne Tour" and the "Capitol Hill Tour" last approximately 2-1/2 hours. "Haunted Happenings: A Seattle Ghost Tour,  lasts 3 hours. All  tours are $25, and involve minimal walking. No children under 12 allowed due to adult subject matter. Tours depart from the south end of Lake Union, near the parking lot for the Center for Wooden Boats. Their address is 1010 Valley Street. If you are an out of town visitor, there is complimentary pick up available at your downtown Seattle hotel. Tours are available year round, 7 days a week (major holidays excluded) with flexible departure times. Private parties and group tours are available.
