The "Queen Anne Tour" and the "Capitol Hill Tour" last approximately 2-1/2 hours. "Haunted Happenings: A Seattle Ghost Tour, lasts 3 hours. All tours are $28, and involve minimal walking. No children under 12 allowed due to adult subject matter. Tours depart from the south end of Lake Union, in the parking lot bordering Daniels Broiler Restaurant. Their address is 809 Fairview Pl N. If you are an out of town visitor, there is complimentary pick up available at your downtown Seattle hotel. Tours are available year round, (major holidays excluded) by reservation only. Call or e-mail for tour schedules and availability. Please call (206)365-3739 to schedule your tour or if you have any additional questions. Private parties and group tours are available.
